EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange & Cancellation Policy:

At Mridula, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our products are thoughtfully curated, and we hope you continue wearing them with pride and appreciation.

Exchanges and cancellations are available under the following terms:

1. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it with the same product at no additional cost.

2. Size Issues

Exchanges for size concerns are available under the following conditions:

Wrong Size Sent by Us:
If you receive a size different from the one ordered, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Correct Size Sent but Change Requested by Customer:
If you receive the correct size as per your order but wish to exchange for a different size, the return and reshipping charges (โ‚น150) will be borne by the customer.

3. Exchange Due to Preference (Change of Mind)

If you do not wish to keep the product due to personal preference (such as change of mind, color choice, or design preference), you may exchange it for another available product.

In such cases:

Return and reshipping charges (โ‚น150) will be borne by the customer.

If the new product selected is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

If the new product selected is of a lower value, the balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or adjusted accordingly.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any price difference must be prepaid before dispatch of the exchanged product.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Saree Exchange Policy

All sarees are made-to-order.
Hence, sarees are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

5. Order Cancellations (Prepaid Orders)

Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Refund Timeline After Payment

Refunds for cancelled orders can only be processed within 2 days of making the payment, subject to the order not being dispatched.

7. Advance Payments for Sarees

For sarees booked with a advance payment:

Refund requests will only be accepted within 2 days of payment.

After this period, the deposit amount will be non-refundable.

Important Note

For all eligible exchanges:

The exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

All exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp only on our official number: 98756 22186.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery or through any other communication channel will not be eligible for exchange.
